As long as I can remember every Christmas Eve my family tromps outside to our barn. My Dad delicately arranges the hay bales and animals, such as sheep, llamas, one year we even had our donkey surrounding us. He then begins to read the story of Jesus' birth in Luke. I have always cherished that tradition and was so excited this year to be able to be apart of it once again and have the twins be able to participate. This year my parents decided it would be fun to have it acted out. Dylan was the Shepard (which he did a wonderful job at) and Lindsey was an angel with the rest of her sweet cousins (Although we basically forced her to wear the halo). My sister Anna and her Husband were Mary and Joseph with sweet Bethany as Jesus (3 months old). It was a nice evening and one that will be remembered.
