One disadvantage of living where we do in Oregon is that there is no snow. Devin and I love to go cross country skiing and hoped that we could get a ski trip in while visiting Utah. Luckily the day we arrived in Logan, it snowed just enough for some nice new powder. We took advantage of the new snow and went out the next day. Grandpa Pehrson was able to take half the day off to come with us. The twins enjoyed the ride and were even able to sled down a little hill. It was the perfect moment and quenched our thirst for skiing this year.

You were lucky...not much snow since then! Glad you were able to take advantage of it. Just think, next year you will be back in Alaska and get all the skiing in you want!!:(
