We had to take advantage of a the last few weeks Devin had before school started. We decided that we would check one of items off our Things to do While in Oregon list... The Portland Zoo. Dylan was one happy boy surrounded by the things he loves the most, animals. Devin and I concluded that we think it was the first time for both of us in seeing a Hippo in person. What strange and interesting creatures they are.

As I recall, Devin hated zoos! Glad he overcame his phobia and took the kids...looks like a great outing.
I love the elephant and also how dylan looks like a train conductor in that hat!
